Each vendor is responsible for managing their storefront, including uploading products, setting prices, and managing stock. Vonnit provides business tools to help merchants manage sales, analytics, customer inquiries, and fulfillment.
All funds from completed customer orders are held for a mandatory seven-day period before being released to the vendor’s wallet. This holding window allows for any customer refund requests or complaints to be addressed before disbursement.
Merchants are required to cooperate with refund investigations. If a customer files a complaint or refund request within the 7-day period, payout may be paused until resolution is achieved.
