VONNIT Refund & Return Policy

Shopping with VONNIT is designed to be worry-free. Below is our comprehensive return and refund guide to help you understand the process and your options.

1. Easy Returns

Customers may initiate returns within 7 days of delivery by going to "Orders" on their dashboard and selecting "Return/Refund Request." The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.

2. What Cannot Be Returned

  • Digital downloads, personalized or bespoke products (unless faulty).
  • Health and hygiene items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, skincare, groceries) unless incorrect, damaged, or counterfeit.

3. Valid Return Reasons

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Vendor’s Mistake: If the wrong item or variant was sent, VENDOR covers the return shipping.
  • Customer’s Choice: If you changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.
  • Transit Damage: If the item was damaged in transit, VONNIT will arrange or reimburse return shipping.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the vendor’s approval. Funds will be returned to the original payment method. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was defective or sent in error.

6. Unapproved Returns & Abandonment

If a return is declined, we will attempt re-delivery twice. Items uncollected after 10 days will be forfeited.

7. No Direct Exchanges

VONNIT does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or color, please return your order and place a new one.

8. Escrow Protection

Funds are securely held in escrow for 7 days. Vendors can only access payment after this period, allowing time for customers to raise issues.
